Orderform - EXO-L Ankle brace

Procedure
By filling in this form you have ordered your EXO-L. After EXO-L received the email, you will receive the invoice. After the invoice is paid, EXO-L will contact you to plan the scan for the ankles (if you don’t have a scan yet) after which your EXO-L will be taken into production. The production will take 4 weeks. Within these 4 weeks you can send your shoes to our headquarters for adjustment.
